Commando

The other day I went to check on Ben when he was sleeping and this is what I found. He had taken his shorts and diaper off and was sleeping bare-bottomed. It was so cute I had to take a picture of it. Commando is his favorite way to be. He puts up quite a fight when we try to put a diaper on him.

SuperBen

So, somehow, my crazy little monkey son just managed to climb out of his crib. I laid him down for his nap and I sat down at the computer to work on the blog. I could hear him moving around and then all of the sudden I look over and he is right next to me with a big grin on his face. I have no idea how he made it out. The mattress is at its lowest setting. Those who have babies and cribs know that it's is virtually impossible for a 1-year-old to climb out. It remains a mystery to me. Unless Ben has some kind of super powers we didn't know about. Hmm... Now that I think of it, he was born with his right arm stretched right out. He is our little superman!!!

Ben

Life just never gets boring when Ben is around.

Blog pressure

After much persuasion from friends and family we finally decided to give this blogging frenzy a try. We have a lot of exciting things going on in our lives right now. First of all, having a 15-months-old very energetic boy is as exciting as it gets. He is our pride and joy. I have also just graduated from UNLV nursing school. FINALY!!! As my graduation gift, Scott is taking me to Hawaii!!! Actually, it’s not so much a graduation gift, but Scott had lost a bet to me about a year ago and this was the price for loosing. However, as he doesn’t want to be reminded that his wife had beat him at something, we present it to others as a graduation gift. I love you honey :o).

… I think I’m going to like this blogging thing…
